when you see those link, starting with "index" its because the web server does not have a handle on a web page. Make you own index.html file and put it in public_html.

yes, 000webhost and x10hosting both let you do this. Forward the registered domain to either the 000webhost or x10hosting nameservers and then go into the "parked domains" section of 000webhost or x10hosting to set it up.

Hmmm. I use lots of different programs and anything I do in one program can be done in another. I used adobe visual communicator for this, BUT it COULD have been done in After Effects, or Sony Vegas Studio, etc. What you need is a program that does whats called chroma keying/blue screen/green screen.
